Effective 04/25/2023

Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") is, first, to inform any potential member of the terms and conditions under which the Chambre Internationale pour le Conseil et la Promotion (hereinafter "CICP") proceeds with the sale of the proposed Annual Membership and, second, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the services and events offered by the CICP to members (hereinafter "the Member").

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services and events offered by CICP on its Site accessible at cicp-group.com (hereinafter and before the "Site"). Accordingly, the fact that the Member pays for the annual Membership offered for sale on the CICP Site entails full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs, which the Member acknowledges having read prior to the Membership.

The CICP reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Nevertheless, the T&Cs applicable to the Membership are those accepted by the Member at the time of payment of the Membership.

The Member will be notified of any such change prior to any Membership. The price is applicable in the context of distance selling.

Any registration of the Member to CICP services and events is subject to the Member being a member at the time of registration. If not, the reservation of the place cannot be validated. In the event of an oversight, the amount of the annual Membership to the association will be claimed at the time of the service or event.

3.2 Characteristics of Membership

The CICP markets an annual Membership, granting access to events, announcements and business opportunities.

The annual membership offer is valid for 12 months from the date of payment of the membership fee, with no limit on the number of members.

3.3 Membership

Any Membership implies acceptance of these T&Cs, without prejudice to the specific contractual terms and conditions concluded between the Parties.

The sale of the Membership is concluded from the moment the Member confirms it by clicking on the "Payment" icon. He/she is considered to have knowingly accepted the contents and conditions of the Membership in question and in particular these T&Cs, the fact that his/her Membership implies an obligation to pay on his/her part, the price and the characteristics of the Membership offered for sale and ordered by the Member.

Once this step has been validated, the sale will be final (subject to the Member exercising his or her right of withdrawal under the conditions set forth in Article 6 of these General Terms of Sale). The Membership will be confirmed to the Member by any appropriate means (the "Membership Confirmation"). In the event of a total cancellation, the Member's Membership will be automatically cancelled and his or her bank account will not be debited.
